Sous la responsabilité de la Vice Présidente expérience client, l’agent.e service à la clientèle est amené.e dans son quotidien à trouver des solutions afin de s’assurer de la satisfaction de notre clientèle.

Votre quotidien en tant qu’agent.e service à la clientèle :

• Recevoir, analyser et gérer les demandes de notre clientèle;
• Participer à l’analyse de la situation et mettre en place les mesures correctives pour la résoudre;
• Assurer la satisfaction de notre clientèle en tout temps en offrant un service à la clientèle distinctif et irréprochable;
• Créer et préparer les bons de travail pour les techniciens de service;
• Faire un suivi rapproché pour chaque réclamation faite;
• Supporter l’équipe en effectuant diverses tâches administratives au besoin.
  
  

Vous êtes la personne recherchée si vous détenez les compétences suivantes :

• Vous détenez au moins 3 à 5 ans d’expérience en service à la clientèle;
• Vous êtes reconnu pour votre capacité d’adaptation et votre rapidité d’apprentissage;
• Vous possédez une connaissance approfondie des logiciels de la suite MS Office;
• Vous savez communiquer en français et en anglais*;
• Vous disposez d’un grand sens de l’organisation du travail;
• Vous faites preuve d’autonomie et de dynamisme;
• Vous avez le sens de la discrétion et le souci du détail.

Customer service agent

Your role

Under the supervision of the Vice President of Customer Experience, the customer service agent will be responsible to find solutions and ensure the satisfaction of our customers.

Your Responsibilities As Customer Service Agent

• Assist our customers with the different issues with their furniture order and ensure their satisfaction through phone, email and in person contact.
• Liaise with delivery providers to determine issues happening on delivery and to reassure clients regarding resolution of concerns;
• Investigate complaints and concerns, contact different departments and third party resources to find solutions and communicate with the customers to resolve the situation;
• Respond to the client inquiries and create service work orders as required, in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures;
• Coordinate the service call and follow through to assure the complete satisfaction of our clientele;
• Enter the information’s into the system and track the actions and results according to the situation;
• Maintaining the customer satisfaction by being proactive, creative and organized.
• Assist with other store admin duties as required.
  
  

You are the person we are looking for if you possess the following skills:

• 2 years experience in customer service department;
• Excellent problem solving, listening skills and empathy required to ensure a premium customer experience.
• Exceptional follow up, organizational and computer skills to be efficient in the role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills;
• Solid multitasking with an emphasis on attention to detail;
• At ease with inventory operating systems and proficient computer skills (emails, MS Office, etc);
• Ability to thrive under pressure and in a fast-paced environment;
• A positive attitude and ability to work well independently and in a team setting;
