Steele Mazda is looking for Automotive Red Seal Technicians to join our team today!
Red Seal Technician annual wage range: $62,400 - $90,000 +
Red Seal Technicians with Steele Auto Group can elevate their career with our internal Performance Incentive Program - your hard work translates into tangible yearly rewards!
Program Details Are As Follows
Earn extra $$$$ for work you are already doing!! For each hour you produce, $$$$ is put into your own Personal Incentive Bank that accumulates over multiple years with Automatic Annual payments
Why Steele Auto?
Applicants must have an Automotive Red Seal Certification and a valid Motor Vehicle Inspection License. The ideal candidate will be well-organized, hardworking, self-motivated, and possess excellent time management skills. A valid driver’s license with an acceptable driver’s abstract is required.
Facial hair will interfere with the ability to achieve a proper seal on CSA-approved respirators; therefore, it is a requirement that staff must be clean-shaven. If you are unable to maintain a clean shave where the respirator seals to the face for any reason, please inform us in the form of a request for accommodation.
