As part of the MLSE Ticketing Department, you will have the unique opportunity to assist with a variety of tasks, programs, and events to ultimately ensure the delivery of championship service for our fans/customers. You will work side by side with experienced and knowledgeable Sports Professionals who have been in the business for 1-10+ years.
MLSE's Internship term dates are from January 6, 2025 - April 25, 2025
- Assist in the coordination and execution of best-in-class sales events.
- Support Sales initiatives during office hours, and on game-nights.
- Supporting Account Managers in the execution of events involving Youth Groups, VIPs, and Corporate Groups at Scotiabank Arena and BMO Field.
- Research on best practices and innovation for multiple internal projects.
- Support in updating asset databases, invited guests, and client gifting orders.
- On-site and off-site Sales Team activation set-ups and tear-downs, where necessary.
- Support Sales Team collaborations with other MLSE Departments where necessary.
- Assist with team queue line/reception phone coverage when necessary.
- Perform other administrative, sales, or membership functions as required.

- Currently enrolled in a post-secondary institution in a sales or business related program.
- Able to work independently with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Ability to multitask and meet multiple deadlines.
- A self-starter with the ability to work independently, with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Available to work game nights on evenings & weekends as required.
