  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 years of experience in a program or project management, data analyst, business intelligence, or customer support operations role.
  • Experience working with SQL, connecting and summarizing and datasets.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience using GCP products.
  • Experience with research, experimentation, A/B tests, working with large datasets, statistical analysis methods and tools, or maintaining data pipelines.
  • Ability to articulate complex findings and recommendations.
  • Ability to solve complex and ambiguous problems by applying a data driven approach with guidance.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams.

About The Job

In this role, you will use your knowledge of data analysis, AI, and project management to lead complex, data driven, multi-disciplinary projects. You will work with a cross-functional team of developer, UX and data scientists to identify opportunities to improve our product and service offerings, manage those projects throughout their entire lifecycle and ultimately drive the strategy of our product.

You will use data to drive a product roadmap and bring its initiatives all the way to implementation.

Responsibilities

  • Own our data and insights platform and design, create and maintain datasets with appropriate architecture with data complexity and need for accuracy.
  • Apply expertise in quantitative analysis and data mining to create insights into problems our customers are trying to solve and how they engage with our products.
  • See beyond the numbers to weave stories that brings the team around the same understanding of the roadblocks on our mission, and translate opportunities into solutions and drive our product roadmap.
  • Prioritize the most promising projects and bring together the relevant stakeholders to take them all the way through to A/B testing and final rollout stage.
