- Lead a team of Security Guards, including coaching and mentoring them to success.
- Assign guards to their posts and daily assignments, ensuring all guards follow all post orders and complete audits.
- Provide on-going training to your security team.
- De-escalation of situations and managing and reporting emergency incidences.
- Support and provide assistance as needed.
- A valid Ontario security guard license
- A current first aid/CPR certificate
- Canadian citizen or permanent residency in Canada for 5 years
- 1 year of previous experience working in the vulnerable sector
- 1 year security guard experience
- Graduate of a Canadian educational organization (such as high school, secondary, or vocational)
- RAIC clearance
- Available to work weekends
