Your role

Under the supervision of the managers, the Repair service technician

is responsible for receiving and shipping merchandise to be executed promptly and accurately.

If you have customer service skills, an experience in woodworking and have the knowledge to repair and assemble furniture, we would love to open the conversation with you!

Your Responsibilities As Repair Service Technician

• Responsible for repairing wooden tables, chairs, umbrellas and to assemble our high-end furniture at our customers home (after sales service);
• Responsible for our store maintenance (small job like paint, miscellaneous repairs);
• Deliver the merchandise on special occasions;
• Safely and efficiently assemble and place new products ;
• Neatly, safely and efficiently wrap open products with industrial wrapping supplies, label and identify item neatly, place in a bin or prepare for returns;
• Work with the inventory management computer system.
  
  

You are the person we are looking for if you possess the following skills:

• 5 years’ experience in assembling and repairing furniture or any relevant experience;
• Driver’s license required.
• Comfortable with the use of different tools;
• Meticulous, precise and detail-oriented;
• Woodwork experience is a must;
• A mature, positive attitude and customer oriented;
• Devout to teamwork, autonomous;
• Problem solving skills in the day- to- day tasks;
• The ability to lift heavy objects weighing up to 50 pounds;
