Supply Chain Internship details:

The Supply Chain Internship is an intensive 4-month program that attracts the brightest, most driven individuals who can take on challenging projects. The Supply Chain Internship is designed for those with a strong interest in supply chain, operations and problem solving.  If you’re interested in pursuing a career in our dynamic supply chain department, this internship is a great place to start. You’ll also learn from our leaders in corporate logistics who forecast and manage how much to produce, where to produce it and how to ship it so it reaches your store shelf as fresh as possible.

We are looking for candidates who are committed to developing their careers with Labatt in the future. This internship could lead you to an opportunity to join us full-time after you graduate into one of our full-time trainee programs. These include, but are not limited to, our Graduate Management Trainee Program, Supply Chain Trainee Program, or Supply Future Leaders.

This Internship is located at our Mississauga Warehouse

As a Supply Chain Intern, you will:

  • Have unique opportunity to dive into the world of supply chain management and make a real impact from day one.
  • Tackle real business problems to improve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and achieve business results.
  • Have exciting opportunities to participate & navigate through current changes to route to markets across regions.
  • Work closely with and support the Logistics Team with the management of supply chain activities.
  • Own and deliver on a strategic project that is impactful to our Supply Chain operations
  • Think strategically on how to improve efficiencies in our processes
  • Understand our end to end supply chain (from production to consumer)
  • Gain insights into Transportation Management, Warehouse Operations, Inventory Control, Order Fulfillment, Cost Management, Demand Planning and Forecasting, Supply Planning, Technology and Systems Management, Inbound Packing & Materials, and overall Operations within the different region
  • Develop and demonstrate an understanding of each aspect of the Supply Chain function through multi-functional exposure by liaising with stakeholders in each group.
  • Have exceptional opportunity to work closely with our senior management team and gain invaluable industry insights.

Internship Requirements:

  • You are in your 2nd or 3rd year of a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, Science, or a related field, and are returning to school in September 2025
  • Graduating in December 2025 or later
  • Bilingualism is an asset (Required in Quebec)
  • Can Legally work in Canada
  • Geographical & Functional mobility for your future Full-time position is a requirement – open to experiencing different functions and locations across Canada
