The Headlines

In the role of Junior Designer, Marketing Production you will be part of the Molson Coors Beverage Company’s Americas’ Commercial Team. The chosen candidate will be responsible for creation and execution of a wide range of assets that include; retail, on-premise, corportate communications, point of sale, out of home, digital, ecommerce, brand related and other sales materials. Your expertise in understanding and implementing regulatory requirements will be crucial as well as maintaining our brand's standards and integrity.

The Junior Designer, Marketing Production reports into the Studio Lead, Marketing Production. Working collaboratively with other Designers on their team, our Service team, and the Studio Lead team, this canidate ensures that the established expectations are met. Additionally, this role involves close collaboration with marketing and commercial stakeholders to maintain brand consistency and ensure timely completion of all projects. They should possess skills in maneuvering through the complexity and demands of a large organization.

The Responsibilities

Accelerate Molson Coors Beverage Company’s commercial production capability to become First Choice for Consumers and Customers providing the strategic execution in Molson Coors’ key regions.

  • Works close with Studio Lead, Marketing Production and Studio Marketing Production to maintain Marketing Production team processes.
  • Support the design and development of retail and on-premise point-of-sale materials, including displays, signage, promotional materials, out of home and packaging collateral. Ensure that all artwork complies with industry-specific and regional specific requirements and regulations.
  • Review and verify artwork files for accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand and regulatory guidelines.
  • Keep up to date of changes in regulations and guidelines related to our brands and communicate updates to the team.
  • Stay updated on retail industry trends, competitor analysis, and consumer behaviors to inform and enhance design strategies.
  • Prepares work by gathering information and materials – referencing brand guidelines, supplied brief, stimulus. Then interprets that information with creative flair, originality, and a strong visual and technical production sense.
  • Manage multiple design projects, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
  • This candidate is detail and deadline oriented, trained in graphic design and communications with some experience in colour management, printing processes and digital requirements.

  • Post-Secondary degree in Graphic Design, Graphic Arts or related field.
  • 3+ years of print and creative graphic design experience.
  • Strong knowledge of the Adobe Creative Cloud suite of apps.
  • Experience with motion graphics and animation is a plus.
  • Experience with Adobe Workfront is a plus.
  • Experience in alcohol/beverage or consumer packaged goods or are passionate about the business.
  • Proven ability to be organized, prioritize, and multitask.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills which include collaboration and influencing others.
  • You are agile and work with a strong sense of urgency.

This role has a targeted salary range of $54,700 - $78,700.
