Position: Receptionist

Classification: Full Time, Onsite

Days/Hours: Monday to Thursday, *11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., and Saturdays, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

401 Dixie Hyundai is NOW HIRING a Receptionist to work with our exceptional sales team! If you are a high energy person, with a contagiously positive attitude, and have experience with reception and or administrative work and love for working with the public, please apply. Experience in reception and or administrative duties is preferred for this role.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers as they come into the dealership
• Directing visitors to the right department,
• answering and routing phone calls,
• taking messages
• Assisting with licensing and sales administration
• Other related administrative tasks as required
  
  

Requirements

• Experience in customer service and/or reception
• Experience with answering phones and multi line phone systems
• Proficiency with software platforms and Microsoft Office, Outlook etc.
• You must be available to work the shift identified above ( Schedule may be altered to serve the needs of the team)
• You must be legally authorized to work in Canada
