What You’ll Do

As a Customer Success Specialist, you’ll be an essential part of our team, guiding customers through their journey with us and ensuring a smooth and memorable experience. You'll handle everything from initial inquiries to post-delivery support, ensuring that every interaction leaves a positive impact.

Your Responsibilities

  • Customer Relationship Building: Establish and nurture long-term relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and their experience is seamless.
  • Order Management: Process orders accurately and efficiently, from entry to fulfillment.
  • Sustainability Advocacy: Share our mission of treating people and the planet as top priorities and communicate how our values are reflected in our products and services.
  • Problem Solving: Address any customer issues or concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction at every stage.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operations, delivery, and continuous improvement of customer experience.
