Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities using proactive outreach, referrals, and networking.
- Present proposals and close deals with a consultative approach, ensuring alignment with client business objectives.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive positioning.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, accurately forecasting sales performance.
- Develop long-term client relationships, acting as a trusted IT advisor.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through disciplined sales planning and execution.
- A proven sales professional with five years of B2B experience, preferably in the professional services, IT services, software, or MSP industry.
- Skilled at understanding client needs and translating them into practical, scalable IT solutions.
- Comfortable engaging with senior decision-makers and IT leaders.
- Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with technical and service teams.
- Passionate about technology and continually improving your knowledge of the IT landscape.
- A driven, results-oriented individual with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
- Strong track record in closing complex services deals and achieving sales quotas.
- Knowledge of IT services, including cloud computing, cybersecurity, and network management.
