Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Status: Temporary Full-Time

As a key member of the Materials Management Team, the INVENTORY COORDINATOR is responsible for managing additions, deletions, and changes to stock items, ensuring optimal inventory levels across UHN sites. This role includes identifying and sourcing substitute products, managing backorders, and overseeing slow-moving and obsolete inventories.



  • Completion of a college diploma program in a relevant discipline, or a recognized equivalent
  • Minimum of two (2) years of related experience in inventory management, preferably within a hospital environment
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and data processing
  • Ability to perform duties professionally and courteously while consistently delivering high-quality work under deadlines
  • Capacity to adapt to frequent changes in workload and task priorities on short notice
  • Strong initiative, good judgment, and the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks
  • Adherence to confidentiality requirements
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
