Tasks

  • Welcome visitors, register them, provide safety documentation, and prepare badges for all visitors.
  • Remind clients and/or transfer calls to the appropriate service point.
  • Provide support to the finance department (filing electronic invoices).
  • Organize and archive files.
  • Manage the Outlook email inbox and postal mail.
  • Maintain office supply inventory, order necessary items from suppliers, complete inventory reports, receive, place, and distribute the received supplies.
  • Draft documents using the MS Office suite.
  • Perform any other tasks required by the position.

Job requirements

  • Hold a DEC in office automation/administration or any other relevant field.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in administrative support/reception.
  • Knowledge of Spanish is an asset.
  • Basic knowledge of finance.

  • Detail-oriented, efficient, and proactive.
  • Comfortable with customer service.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
