Our client, who is at the forefront of the healthcare industry, specializes in medical lighting products. Driven by innovation and customer satisfaction, they're expanding and seeking talented individuals to join their sales team.
As a Territory Sales Representative, you’ll drive sales within your assigned region, build lasting relationships with customers, and identify new business opportunities. You’ll proactively understand customer needs, present solutions, and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
- Identify and qualify leads through cold calls and visits.
- Maintain strong customer relationships with regular communication and visits.
- Present product demonstrations and proposals to potential customers.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales agreements.
- Work with internal teams to resolve customer concerns for a seamless experience.
Requirements:
- At least one year in a sales role, ideally with cold calling experience.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, with a results-driven mindset.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned US territory.
- Post-secondary education is an asset.
