As a AI Engineering Lead you will be at the forefront of technological innovation, working with advanced tools and platforms to transform and optimize data processes. You will play a pivotal role in extracting valuable insights from complex data sets to drive decision-making and strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transcription Automation: Utilize the Whisper technology to transcribe high volumes of phone calls accurately. This involves setting up, maintaining, and fine-tuning the transcription system to ensure high accuracy and efficiency in converting spoken words into written form.
  • Data Pipeline Development: Design and implement robust data pipelines using a variety of large structured and unstructured data. This includes architecting and deploying scalable and fault-tolerant pipelines that enable real-time, batch and stream processing.
  • Service Integration: Design and implement AI solutions that integrate various disparate services in a seamless, secure and scalable manner.
  • AI Enablement: Collaborate with Data Scientists and ML Engineering Professionals, and other cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into systems and processes. This includes optimizing AI solutions to handle large volumes of data efficiently.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in technologies underlying AI solutions


Skills and Technologies:

  • AI and Machine Learning: Apply artificial intelligence techniques, particularly in natural language processing, to create models that can understand and summarize complex text data.
  • Cloud Computing: Leverage Google Cloud Platform (GCP) for hosting services, data storage, and computation needs, ensuring the infrastructure is scalable and cost-effective.
  • Natural Language Understanding (NLU): Utilize NLU to enhance the interaction between humans and machines, particularly in the transcription and summarization tasks.
  • Containerization: Employ Docker to containerize applications, ensuring consistency across multiple development, testing, and production environments.
  • Infrastructure as Code: Use Terraform for defining, launching, and managing infrastructure resources in a repeatable and efficient manner.
  • Programming: Demonstrate proficiency in Python for scripting, automation, and data manipulation tasks.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience with cloud services, data processing, and streaming technologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in cloud (google)
  • Data engineering and AI
  • 7-10+ years in Technology


Salary range: $77,700 - $157,000

Actual salary for the role may vary depending on work location of the successful candidate and other factors including but not limited to, skills, education, experience, working conditions and the local labour market.  In addition to base pay, eligible employees may participate in various incentive plans which are paid out at the discretion of the company and subject to individual and company performance.
