The Opportunity:

Reporting directly to the Chief Information Officer (CIO), the Director of Technology Enablement will play a critical role in designing and managing the ways in which technology enables business capabilities at Sentrex.

This role is crucial in managing the progress of technology efforts and ensuring resources are aligned with our strategic goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agile, a deep understanding of technology trends, and a proven track record of leading successful delivery teams, specifically managing a team of business analysts, project managers, and scrum masters. The successful candidate will be accountable for evolving the ways of working, including how we plan and manage technology deliverables. The role involves working closely with various stakeholders, including internal partners in Pharmacy and PSP, to understand business capability needs, drive business outcomes and ensure continuously improving productivity that is measured through established KPIs.

A Day in the Life (What you will do here):

  • Leadership and Strategy:
    • Develop and execute the technology delivery strategy aligned with the company’s objectives.
    • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of business analysts, project managers, and scrum masters.
  • Project Management:
    • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple technology projects using scaled Agile methodologies.
    • Establish KPIs and dashboards to measure project progress, provide executive visibility to major milestones and align resourcing to agreed upon priorities.
  • Stakeholder Management:
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, DevOps, Data Delivery, to ensure alignment and transparency.
    • Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders effectively.
  • Process Improvement:
    • Advance the ways of working within the team by implementing agile best practices and maturing enterprise planning process.
  • Risk Management:
    • Proactively identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
    • Ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Innovation and Trends:
    • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation within the team.
    • Evaluate new tools and methodologies to enhance delivery capabilities.
  • Assist with other duties as assigned by the manager

What you need to ensure you are set up for success:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in technology delivery, project management, or a related role, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
  • Proven experience managing teams of business analysts, project managers, and scrum masters.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, specifically Scaled Agile.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to think strategically while also being detail-oriented.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile certifications) are a plus.
