Responsibilities

AULT a company of Alta Equipment Group, is seeking a full-time Parts CSR in Moncton, NB. The main responsibilities of the position consist of, but are not limited to:

• Contact and respond to clients from the Maritimes
• Make quotations for customers
• Confirm prices, availability and lead times with suppliers
• Prepare purchase orders in our Business Central system
• Ensure warehouse inventory is up to date
• Perform parts transfers with our Ontario plant.
• Generate operational reports (Update SKUs, turnover rates, etc.)
• Coordinate parts with service and warehouse teams
• Other tasks deemed necessary by manager
  
  

Skills Required

• Minimum 3 years of experience in parts
• High school diploma
• Experience in the construction industry (an asset)
• Knowledge of Business Central software (an asset)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Office suite
• Proactive and autonomous
