Responsibilities
- Lead the integration and configuration of implementations.
- Exceed established implementation timelines, ensuring smooth execution.
- Collaborate with customers and project teams on complex architectures.
- Provide technical guidance and support during integration and deployment phases.
- Install, configure, and optimize their solution in endpoint systems for integration.
- 5+ years of experience in roles such as Integration Engineer, Security Engineer, or Network Engineer, preferably in customer-facing settings.
- Hands-on experience with Linux administration and system architecture design.
- Working knowledge of integration protocols (HTTPS, SMTPs, REST APIs, etc.).
- Experience with database systems (Oracle, MS SQL).
- Familiarity with troubleshooting connectivity issues, including SSH, firewall configurations, remote access, VPN connectivity, and network latency problems.
- Availability and flexibility to work weekends and after hours as needed to support critical customer deployments and urgent troubleshooting. This includes being on call to ensure smooth operations during off-hours.
- To be on call for escalation alerts during weekends and after hours to provide investigation and support in a timely manner.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity practices related to endpoint security and system architecture.
- Experience with industry security technologies.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH.
