Ideally located in the lower mainland for Hybrid office 2 X per week.
Application Support- Job Details
- Primarily will be responsible for creating instructional documentation (articles and videos) for M365, ServiceNow, and other technology platforms.
- Experience in Camtasia to develop training videos
- Advanced skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Visio, and Access)
- Excellent communication skills for professional environment, written and spoken
