We’re looking for a Project Coordinator to join our Customer Experience team in Mississauga, Ontario for a 14 months contract position.

As a Project Coordinator you‘ll be performing a variety of inside sales and customer service functions. The right candidate will be a self-starter with a passion for results and a focus on continuous process improvements and efficiency.

What you’ll do

This position will handle all order management functions upon receipt of a customer order to ensure approval drawing sign offs, releases and deliveries are maintained as needed.

  • Produces approval drawing packages, log and manage change notices to requote and provide new specifications where necessary
  • Maintain project files and spreadsheet and to ensure correct materials and quantities are released to production at the appropriate times
  • Coordinates with production planners to ensure the manufacture of product for on-time delivery. Offer alternates when delivery expectations cannot be met
  • Responsible for issuing credits, debits and return material authorizations in addition to resolving billing, shipping and quality issues as needed
  • Works with credit department on invoice discrepancies
  • Liaises with the shipping department in setting up appropriate delivery appointments for the project
  • Conducts site and distributor visits and support Greater-Toronto-Area projects as needed

What you’ll need

  • Degree or diploma from an accredited institution
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong project management capabilities with a constant curiosity for learning within a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Ability to use all Microsoft 365 applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • A valid driver’s license
  • Ability to work as an individual and as part of a team

Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the Canada without company sponsorship, now or in the future. No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates residing within 80KM of Mississauga, ON, Canada facility will be considered.
