Sales Representative

Description

We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Sales Representative to join our team. This role is primarily remote, based in Mississauga, Ontario, with a focus on the healthcare industry. As a Sales Representative, you will be entrusted with the task of generating leads, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Engage in cold calling initiatives to generate sales leads within the healthcare sector.
• Identify prospective clients through various channels including networking events and referrals.
• Showcase healthcare products and services to potential customers through calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
• Negotiate contracts with potential healthcare clients.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring their needs and complaints are efficiently handled.
• Achieve sales targets set by the company within the healthcare market.
• Contribute feedback and insights on customer preferences, complaints, and market trends within the healthcare sector to the internal teams.
• Stay updated with new product launches within the healthcare sector and ensure that all potential and existing clients are informed.
• Document all sales activities accurately by completing forms, reports, logs, and records related to healthcare sales.
  
  

Requirements

• Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar role.
• Proficient in Data Processing and capable of handling large amounts of data with accuracy.
• Experienced in Answering Inbound Calls and capable of managing high call volumes.
• Skilled in Cold Calling and able to approach potential customers with confidence and professionalism.
• Demonstrated experience in Consultative Sales and able to understand customer needs to recommend suitable products or services.
• Strong Customer Service skills and committed to providing exceptional service to customers.
• Excellent Communication Skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with customers and team members.
• Strong Organizational skills to manage tasks efficiently and meet sales targets.
