$7500 Sign on Bonus Available

Clean Harbors Brampton, ON location is looking for a Regional Class AZ Tanker Driver to join their safety conscious team! Our Class AZ Drivers are responsible for running a route from Brampton, ON to various CAN locations including cross-border disposal sites, running 1700-2200 miles a week. This position requires traveling away from home 5-6 days at a time; compensation includes hourly wages. A valid FAST CARD is required.

Average annual drivers’ salary: $110K

Responsibilities

• Ensures that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times
• Operates tractor trailer tanker units
• Ensures proper loading and unloading of hazardous waste/non-hazardous waste; Properly secures the loads from Safety-Kleen/Clean Harbor branches and customers and transports to our refinery centers
• Adheres to weights and ensures proper utilization of the units
• Placards vehicle in accordance to Company and Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements/regulations
• Maintains daily logs, time sheets, expense reports, dispatch and trip reports as well as vehicle inspection reports
  
  

Qualifications

• Class AZ CDL Required;
• Travel away from home up 5-6 days a week;
• 12+ months Class AZ experience Required;
• 3+ months Tanker experience Required;
• Ability to work from heights Required;
• Ability to lift/carry 50lbs+;
• Ability to drive a manual transmission (10, 13, 18 speed) Required;
• Valid Fast Card Required;
• Must be willing to perform trips cross border to the US.
