Office Manager

We are looking for an energetic professional who doesn't mind wearing multiple hats. You will be the heart of the office and support the success of each business unit within the office. Experienced in handling a range of tasks and able to work independently with little supervision. Well organized, flexible and someone who enjoys the challenges of supporting an office community of diverse people.

In This Role, You Will Be Responsible For

  • Be the first point of contact in the office for visitors and colleagues
  • Organize, Plan and schedule office events (holiday parties, off site meetings, etc.)
  • Oversee administrative tasks (mail sorting and routing)
  • Monitor office supplies and ordering of supplies
  • Manage relationships with third party vendors, service providers and landlord
  • Provide general support to visitors
  • Maintain a safe and healthy working environment, ideally experienced with EHS programs
  • Oversight for provision of a food and beverage program
  • Responsibility for office security - access card administration
  • Responsible for a desk reservation system
  • Oversight of vendors for maintenance and cleaning

About You

  • Proven office management experience. Ideally 100+ people
  • Knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems and procedures
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
  • Organized, inquisitive, creative and friendly personality
  • Ability to address the needs of colleagues with professionalism and tact
  • Undeterred by a fast paced environment

The annual compensation range for this role is $60,000 - 75,000 CAD.
