Location: Mississauga, ON L5N, 5M8 (Hybrid at least 2 times a week)
Duration: 12 Months
Pay Range: $40.00 - $50.00
Job Description
The Associate Master Data Specialist will handle the creation, maintenance, and discontinuation of master data, including the creation of materials and material masters maintenance, production module (Master Recipes, Bill of Materials, Production Versions, Resources, etc.), and quality module (Inspection Plans, MICs, etc.). In scope, the MDS maintain customer masters as well as EMW master data.
Must-Have
Candidate with Front end experience with SAP
The role involves working across ECC SAP version, MDG, and S/4.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelors degree OR specialized diploma with experience.
Experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Manufacturing Operations in a global environment with strong knowledge of business processes in pharmaceutical supply chain.
At least 3-5 years of experience in master data maintenance OR supply chain planning, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus in SAP MM, PP, SD, or QM modules, SAP APO, SAP TM, SAP EWM, or OMP.
Experience with MDG-M or S/4HANA and proficiency in the German language are an asset.
Knowledge and experience of delivering projects in an agile framework.
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both orally and in writing in English.
Competency with MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint) and experience with document sharing systems.

Cultural sensitivity to interact with internal customers around the globe.
