What You’ll Get To Do

• Interpret drawings and specifications to determine dimensions, tolerances, and the sequence of machining operations using knowledge of shop mathematics, metal properties, and the methodology and procedures of machining
• Measure and inspect machined components using precision measuring instruments (scales, calipers, micrometers, Vernier, and fixed gauges) to verify adherence to specifications
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines and tools to ensure optimal performance
• Recognize the functions of the specific controller capabilities program parameters to load, evaluate and run a specific program
• Input additions, deletions and changes to the machining program as required
• Make adjustments to machine settings, feeds, and speeds as necessary to maintain quality and efficiency
• De-burr and finish details after machining by filing, tapping, grinding or scraping

• Experienced Machinist: Leverage your 3-plus years of experience and proficiency in Fanuc Controls, G & M coding and/or Heidenhain controller
