What you will do:

• Troubleshoot customer-reported Cloud Infrastructure issues and Service Requests.
• Deliver remedies, resolutions, and analyses for computer, networking, and storage solutions.
• Work on the integration of multiple products and solutions.
• Provide solution-level support to customers.
• Be on call 24/7 on a rotational basis to handle customer issues, partner concerns, and emergencies.
• Be willing to travel to customer sites as needed for local support activities.
• Use Ericsson standard support tools for ticket management.
  
  

You will bring:

• A Bachelor of Science in Engineering or related fields.
• Knowledge of virtualized and cloud-native environments.
• Familiar with Ansible and scripting.
• A proven ability to work and make decisions independently under time pressure.
• The ability to articulate technical issues and resolutions clearly
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Willingness to travel on short notice.

Your Pay

Salary Range:

• Bachelors: $78,850
• Masters: $87,150
  
  

Hiring Bonus:

• Bachelors: 8,500
• Masters: 11,500
