Rogers Leaseline
This position is made for the person that loves interacting with people! In this role you'll be working at a specific Rogers mall retail location, and you'll be engaging with mall patrons as they walk by the store encouraging them to participate to play a game where they can win prizes and redeem special offers in-store! This is a part-time role that has great work-life balance!
Position Details
Brand ambassadors will be standing on the leaseline of different Rogers stores nationwide at different malls. The BA will be responsible for intercepting and engaging consumers by getting them to partake in gamification experience (TBC) while delivering key messaging regarding the Rogers brand. The goal is to drive consumers inside the store to increase traffic/generate sales.

Program Schedule:
- Training: November 18 th - 12:30pm (EST) - online
- Dates: November 18 th – December 31 st , 2024
- Program hours may change due to program needs and store hours. For regular program hours, brand ambassadors can expect to work: With some exceptions based on mall hours
- Wednesday-Sunday shifts
- Wednesday-Friday 4pm-9pm
- Saturday and Sunday 10am-6pm
- $24/hour
Program Objective
- Intercept as many consumers as possible
- Provide a fun and engaging experience
- Drive consumers inside stores
- Promote the Rogers brand in a fun and creative way
- Facilitate a unique experience by remaining upbeat and professional
- Deliver key messaging (game offers, in-store promotions, etc.)
- Hand off interested consumers to Rogers store associates
- Maintain great relationships with store staff and management
- Complete reporting at the end of each shift"
- Outgoing, enthusiastic, and energetic personality
- Comfortable delivering key messaging
- Comfortable working independently
- Excellent time management skills
