Analyst QA - (Tester/QA)

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role is vital in ensuring the highest standards of application quality through rigorous performance testing and adherence to best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and sustain performance testing initiatives while complying with industry best practices.
• Fulfill QA deliverables outlined in the Deliverable Assessment Framework, managing tasks as part of project or maintenance release plans.
• Assess and guarantee the quality of applications according to specified scope and project requirements, engaging regularly with project stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to government IT policies, procedures, and security standards.
• Maintain open lines of communication with Project/Team Representatives, actively participating in quality review sessions.
• Stay updated on project directions and context through attendance at team status and working group meetings.
• Collaborate with various IT resources throughout the design, development, and implementation phases of IT projects/releases.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing with current QA team members at the conclusion of assignments.
• Create user documentation and procedural guidelines.
• Undertake additional duties as assigned.
