Location: Dartmouth,NS
Shift/Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30pm
Pay Rate: $19.00/hr

Assignment Information

Advantage Personnel is currently recruiting for a Receptionist position. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a client with potential to be hired full time. Transportation experience considered an asset. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our client. You will welcome guests and greet people who visit the business. You will also coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls.

Job Responsibilities:
* Answering phones, taking memos, and maintaining files.
* Sending and receiving correspondence.
* Greeting clients and customers.
* Creating spreadsheets and reporting expenses to office managers.
* Storing, organizing and managing files.
* Typing, editing, and proofreading documents.
* Recording minutes of meetings.

Requirements:
* Efficient knowledge of Microsoft Office.
* Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
* Exceptional customer service skills.
