Reporting to the Store Manager, responsibilities for this position include the following:

- To come to work with a positive, professional approach and attitude.
- To be dependable for all scheduled shifts.
- To maintain wine, spirits, and beer master files.
- To maintain the customer and vendor master files.
- To administer start and end of day procedures.
- To co-ordinate maintenance of wine, spirits, and beer equipment and software programs.
- To co-ordinate TRC file maintenance activities for the Wine, Spirits and Beer department.
- To answer the phone and reply to emails in a friendly and courteous manner as required (communicate).
- To maintain a constant alert against the unauthorized removal of merchandise.
- To be responsible for the adherence to Saskatchewan Liquor and Gaming Authority (SLGA) operating guidelines/pricing.
- To be familiar with and adhere to all Saskatoon co-op policies and procedures.
- To perform other duties as assigned.
- Attention to detail.
- Assist in billing LTO’s/ charge backs to vendors.
- Assist in billing for commercial permits.

Qualifications:
- Applicants must be at least 19 years of age.
- Have or willing to obtain Serve It Right Saskatchewan.
- Must be strongly service-oriented and motivated, and capable of serving customers in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Must be well organized, and capable of attaining a high level of production, with a minimum of supervision.
- Must have an enhanced understanding of margin and cost calculation.
- Must possess sufficient Microsoft Excel experience.
- Spreadsheet knowledge and skills.
- Must possess sufficient data entry experience.- Computer skills and knowledge.

- Preference will be given to those who possess knowledge and experience in the operation of the TRC computer system.
- Must be available to work mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends.
