Are you ready to apply your knowledge in the real world? We are hiring for a Co-op, Human Resources for the Winter Term with our Client Services Team.

What You’ll Do

We’ll treat you as one of our own and your key areas of responsibility will include:

    • Job Description Management
    • Analysis of HR Reporting
    • Participation in Team Meetings
    • Administration and documentation of policies and programs
    • Employee relationship management
    • Committee facilitation
Who You Are

Working as a valued part of our Client Services team, you will bring:

    • Currently enrolled in post-secondary education studying Human Resources or Business and eligible for a winter 2025 Co-op Term.
    • Experience in using SharePoint considered an asset.
    • Previous experience in an HR environment considered an asset.
    • Results oriented and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Proactive in nature with high level of energy
    • Superior customer service and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work with minimal supervision, to multi-task and prioritize.
    • Ability to work well with a team as well as independently.
    • Experience with MS Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) required.
