AECOM is seeking an Electrical Engineering Graduate for our Transportation team based in Mississauga, Ontario.  

This is a full time role expected to begin in January or May 2025. 

 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Preparation of lighting and traffic signal layouts
  • Preparation of wiring diagrams and electrical details
  • Performs photometric analysis of lighting systems
  • Performs voltage drop calculations
  • Preparation of contract documents and specifications
  • Site visits
  • Follows company and project procedures and policies to achieve set results and deadlines. 
  • Performs routine tasks while working under supervision. 


Minimum Requirements:

  • Must have completed or will be completing their Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Interest in traffic signals and roadway lighting
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs
  • Knowledge of MTO design standards
