The Customer Service Coordinator is a key role in Reckitt/Mead Johnson’s effort to provide superior customer service to our Canadian customers while being part of a highly driven, strong performing team. The role will be responsible for supporting strategic supply chain partnerships amongst selected customers with a strong focus on supply chain and logistics collaboration for service and efficiency.

Your responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate Customer Service operations and liaise with Sales team and wider Supply Services team to ensure we deliver outstanding results
  • Provide stellar customer service by representing and understanding the distinct needs of our customers.
  • Establish and deepen customer relationships, ensuring seamless transactions and service quality.
  • Lead activities needed to maintain seamless communication with the Customers and the Sales Teams.
  • Manage team operations to ensure effective problem resolution, capacity planning, and smooth supply chain coordination.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain optimal inventory levels and on-time product delivery

The experience we're looking for

  • 1-3 years experience in Customer Service, Logistics and/or similar Supply Chain role
  • Self-Starter: You believe in planning, you practice good judgment and have the ability to work independently.
  • Influencer: You have the ability to work with different stakeholders and gain their buy in on newly created processes through leveraging your leadership and motivational skills.
  • Strong communicator: You are clear and concise in communicating statuses / required actions, and are comfortable presenting across multiple levels of the business.
  • Customer focused: You take pride in maintaining positive relationships with internal and externals customers. You have experience working with a top tier customer and are comfortable working with their Sr. Leadership.
  • Organized: You manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment to deliver on time and in full.
  • Analytical: You are able to confidently analyze, verify and summarize data while quickly grasping issues and identify opportunities
  • Computer Savvy: You have experience working with SAP, Microsoft Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Word
