YOUR ROLE

Working directly to the Art Director, you will excel at solving technical problems while adhering to brand standards. You will be responsible for incorporating various digital and print tasks, including layout, retouching, typography, creation of print marketing elements, promotional items and internal and external communication tools, adaptation for digital (website and newsletter).



Main Responsibilities

  • Develop project tools (research, mock-up, presentation, final files).
  • Develop internal presentations and documents (visual presentation memo)
  • Collaborate in the creation of special projects (Visual presentation, Web, social networks)
  • Prepare/process all images for layouts, promotional signage, large format posters, store opening and closing tools, special projects, etc.
  • Ensure that the production schedule is always respected.
  • Responsible for the archiving and management of created documents.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to ensure that all initiated work is completed correctly.
  • If necessary, be present during press approvals.
  • Follow up with relevant suppliers.
  • Conduct in-store visits as needed
  • Develop E-commerce content, email campaigns, social media content and promotional banners
  • Assist the creative team in various projects.

DO YOU HAVE THE PROFILE WE'RE LOOKING FOR?

  • College diploma or other degree in graphic design
  • At least five years of industry experience (and retail experience is an asset)
  • Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop)
  • Knowledge of pre-press and print production
  • Interest/knowledge in UX/UI
  • Knowledge of HTML and CSS, an asset
  • Ability to deliver quality and efficient work at all times
  • Flexibility, adaptability and ability to work under pressure
  • Understanding of research, storytelling, representation and brand development concepts
  • Typographic skills are an asset
  • Accommodating, autonomous and highly responsible
  • Interest and experience in multimedia
  • Interest and experience in photography
