Salary: $43.51 per hour

Quantum is currently recruiting for a large project for positions in Engineering/Analytical Support.
In this role, you will assist with maintenance planning, continuously improving processes and offering technical support to optimize project management and efficiency. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders to enhance asset condition assessments, using data analytics to drive both short- and long-term planning. Additionally, you’ll conduct trend analyses on equipment performance, helping to refine and optimize maintenance programs.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably in Electrical Engineering.
- Strong preference for engineering experience in Distribution Utilities.
- Proficient in engineering maintenance and reliability analysis.
- Familiar with business planning processes and project management.
- Experienced in data management and analysis, with hands-on experience using Alteryx and Tableau.
- Skilled in applying information technology, including MS Office, CAD, SAP, GEAR, and specialized engineering software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
