What are the Key Responsibilities?

• Process and monitor invoices and payments accurately and on time.
• Verify invoices against purchase orders and resolve discrepancies.
• Manage vendor accounts, including reconciliation and communication.
• Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and procedures.
• Prepare payment runs and maintain accurate records of transactions.
• Assist with month-end closing activities, including accruals.
• Respond promptly to vendor and internal inquiries regarding payments.
  
  

What Do You Bring?

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in accounts payable or a related finance role.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, Oracle, or similar).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles.

• Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
• Familiarity with expense management systems and vendor portals.
