Plainsman Mfg. Inc. is looking to hire an Assembly/General Labor ASAP!

Job Description

• Assemble parts, general clean up, inventory counts, deliveries and pickups as needed. Immediate start!
• Hours: 3:15-1:45 am Mon-Thu.

Skills Or Experience Requirements

• *Must have mechanical aptitude.
• High School Diploma or student.
• Ability to read and write English.
• Physically able.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be able to quickly learn and be willing to ask.
• Follow written and verbal procedures as well as be able to clearly document their own work.
• Able to prioritize and make decisions using lean, risk, customer needs, and Plainsman core values.
• Work with a team (conflict resolution, collaboration).
• Able to assemble multiple Plainsman product categories without supervision.
• Troubleshoot small issues and make corrections.
