Business Analyst

On behalf of our public sector client, Procom Consultants Group is actively seeking two a Business Analysts on a 12-month contract engagement. The role will primarily be a Remote position, requiring just 2x on-site per month in their Richmond, BC head office.

These Business Analysis consultants are required to provide project management, business analysis, change management, strategic planning, training and mentoring for Jr. Analysts.

They would ideally have with some experience in Project Management, with PPM designation being a nice-to-have.

The Business Analyst consultants must also have good experience with client-facing stakeholders, facilitating meetings, managing projects, process mapping, strong presentation skills, change management, and assisting to develop strategic plans / operational frameworks.


Business Analyst III - Mandatory Requirements:

• Experience with core BA capabilities - Facilitation, business process improvement and re-engineering, defining and documenting business requirements
• Some Project Management experience, managing large/complex, multi-year and/or multi-divisional projects – PPM designation an asset
• Strong experience with Stakeholder and Relationship Management using sound professional judgement, tact, negotiation and communication (written and verbal) skills
• Excellent organizational and presentation skills
• Excellent negotiation, problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Experience in IT Consulting
• Experience to mentor, train and support junior resources
• Strong planner and self-starter capable of working in a high pressure environment
• Excellent ability and experience using MS suite of tools – supported with writing samples
