On behalf our client, Procom is seeking a Training Support Professional for a 12 month assignment in Burnaby, BC.
Job Details:
Reporting to the Training Quality & Standards Lead, create a work plan of priority courses to gather course evaluation data.
Use the reporting function of the training evaluation system (Shift IQ) to extract safety training and trades and technical training reports. Analyze data and provide data and key findings to the Training Quality & Standards Lead and the appropriate Training Program Leads.
Using the key finding results, make recommendations to prioritize course development.
Mandatory Skills:
12 month contract-to-start, w/ potential to extend
Location:
Hybrid: Remote + 1-2 days per week in office in BUrnaby, BC

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Experience with SharePoint and web authoring
- Experience in coordinating and supporting Training delivery
- Basic reporting and data manipulation skills (Excel, Tableau, Power BI)
- Experience with Change Management on Technology projects
