About The Role

As ATB Capital Markets’s next Support Analyst, you will provide frontline support for hardware, software and peripherals and resolving service tickets in a timely manner; escalates complex issues.

Accountabilities

  • Provides great client service experience to assist with troubleshooting hardware, software and peripheral
  • Resolves technical issues and document resolutions
  • Develops and maintain checklists for common technical issues
  • Performs user administration duties
  • Collaborates with other members of the support team to escalate and resolve technical issues
  • Help team members with new desk and hardware setup
  • Provide training to new hires and help with onboarding process
  • Run reports of all different assets and licenses and update user lists
  • After Hours support when needed

Skills, Experience & Requirements

  • Be passionate and motivated about technology and helping out
  • Recently graduated with a degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
  • Have a strong working knowledge of Excel and Google Workspace.
  • Possess a passion for data analytics and data management.
  • Demonstrate strong time management skills with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Demonstrate a strong sense of personal accountability. We are looking for candidates who take pride in their work and are dedicated to delivering high-quality results.
  • Bring a strong analytical mindset, with the confidence to ask questions, seek insights, break down complex problems, and propose innovative solutions.
  • Highly motivated to take on new challenges with a hands-on approach.
  • Experience in Salesforce is an asset.
  • Experience with Powershell and SQL is an asset.
  • Experience with MDM, AD, and Okta is an asset.
  • Experience in fast paced and dynamic environments.
