It’s safe to say, there’s no shortage of variety in what we do. Here are some key accountabilities of the role:
- Responsible for providing coordination and administration support to complete recruitment process including pre-screening Applicant Tracking System (ATS) candidates for prospective roles, collecting and validating new hire documentation and coordinating /tracking Contingent workers with recruitment agencies
- Creating and accountable for running regular recruitment activity reports, reviewing and analyzing and interpreting data to share with TA team; sets up and maintains spreadsheets for tracking and scheduling processes
- Identifies opportunities to build and improve on various existing processes, programs and current standards that directly impact recruitment activities in the business
- Develops external network and keeps up to date with recruitment trends in the marketplace
- Planning and supporting with campus recruitment events
- Assists and participates on special projects as assigned
To begin your career with us, we require the following:
- Pursuing a post-secondary education in Human Resurces, Recruitment or related program
- Some knowledge of recruitment trends/technologies, staffing/employment practices; experience with ATS, PeopleSoft/Oracle HR experience preferred
- Demonstrated written and verbal communication, presentation and interpersonal skills to build cross-functional relationships across the organization; bilingualism an asset
- Good project management and organizational skills to help prioritize activities and resources to meet the department needs; ability to track, update and maintain project activities and timelines
- Demonstrated problem solving skills including analysis of information to effectively resolve issues and implement solutions
- Strong sense of confidentiality; requires discretion and thorough knowledge of the organization’s operations, procedures and policies
- This represents the expected pay rate. Starting rates may vary depending on various factors.
