Project Manager – Multi-Family Construction
Our client, a leading Construction and Real Estate Developer has an immediate opening for a Construction Project Manager to work with their team on several Multi-Family projects within the Calgary area.
As a Project Manager, you will take on a leadership role, overseeing all aspects of project planning, execution, and delivery. Your extensive construction management expertise will be instrumental in driving project success while ensuring safety, quality, and adherence to schedules and budgets.

As a Project Manager, you will take on a leadership role, overseeing all aspects of project planning, execution, and delivery. Your extensive construction management expertise will be instrumental in driving project success while ensuring safety, quality, and adherence to schedules and budgets.

- Salary: $100,000 – 140,000$

- Ensuring projects are completed within specified scope, schedule, budget, and meeting expectations.
- Managing multiple projects in different developmental stages.
- Negotiating and ensuring accountability of all involved parties as per contracted services.
- At least 5+ years previous experience working in commercial and residential multifamily project management.
- Construction knowledge – overall understanding of construction processes, sequencing and planning concepts.
- Ability to effectively manage new client development, client issues, complaints and inquiries while providing excellent service to clients.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, outstanding time management, prioritization, multitasking, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment, where collaboration is the key to success.
