We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Courier Experience Lead to enhance the courier journey within the Delco network. This role will focus on developing and executing strategies that improve engagement, satisfaction, and operational efficiency for our couriers across multiple markets, including Australia, Canada, Ireland, and the UK. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform courier communication, optimise technology, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

What’s On Your Plate

• Lead the strategic development of the courier experience from onboarding to lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with Product Technology to shape a roadmap that enhances courier interactions via the mobile app.
• Redesign the courier communication journey to foster an engaging and two-way dialogue.
• Create and implement a roadmap for measurable improvements in courier engagement and sentiment.
• Analyse network performance to identify actions that enhance efficiency and improve outcomes.
• Partner with the global Insights team to leverage courier feedback for continuous improvement.
• Serve as the 'voice of the courier' in marketing campaigns and ensure effective communication strategies.
• Drive alignment across marketing functions to streamline communications and maximise impact.
  
  

Can you deliver? Here are the skills and experience we need from you:

• Lead initiatives to enhance the courier experience lifecycle, collaborating on the PT roadmap for efficient mobile interactions and developing a comprehensive communication strategy for engaging dialogue with couriers.
• Identify actions to boost network efficiency, utilising courier insights for informed decision-making and advocating for the courier perspective in marketing initiatives and budget allocation.
• Optimise marketing spend to focus on high-performing couriers while overhauling communication through A/B testing and personalization, and ensuring systematic feedback collection for actionable insights.
• Leverage existing courier-facing technologies, participate in workshops for innovative solutions, and evaluate 'build vs buy' opportunities with the Delco Strategy Development team.
• Demonstrate experience in managing courier operations across Australia, Canada, Ireland, and the UK, with strong analytical and collaboration skills to drive initiatives and integrate diverse perspectives.
• Possess in-depth knowledge of marketplace and gig economy courier businesses, with a proven ability to engage couriers and prioritise results in dynamic environments while partnering with senior stakeholders across Marketing, PT, and Delco Markets.
