PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:

As the Technical Training LMS Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to work with a team of Learning Management System (LMS) professionals, Instructional Designers, and Training Compliance Specialists. You will extract and analyze data from the LMS using advanced tools such as Power BI to identify trends and develop comprehensive dashboards for enhanced data-driven decision-making.

POSITION ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Manage the technical and functional day-to-day operational aspects of the Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Perform advanced data mining and analysis to uncover actionable trends and patterns in LMS data.
  • Prepare LMS reports and training completion audits for internal and external clients.
  • Create and maintain dashboards (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, etc.) based on LMS records to elevate data literacy and implement best practices throughout the organization.
  • Create and maintain LMS curriculums, assignment profiles, course items, and many other functional aspects of an LMS.
  • Managing the LMS Admin shared mailbox, directing a wide variety of queries to the appropriate responsible parties, troubleshooting, and responding to inquiries, etc.
  • Liaise between the Business and the LMS team when testing, troubleshooting, and creating projects.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Related university diploma or degree in Computer Science, Business, or education.
  • Strong foundation in data analysis, statistical methods, and data management techniques.
  • Proven expertise in using data visualization tools such as Power BI to create interactive and insightful dashboards for comprehensive business insights.
  • Experience with SuccessFactors Learning Management System.
  • Knowledge of eLearning content management (SCORM 1.2 compliant authoring and deployment systems)
  • Proficient in the use of a variety of computer applications, including the Microsoft Office suite of applications
  • Ability to work under strict timelines and pressure
  • Ability to perform in a 24x7 environment
  • Experience with learning design/authoring software is considered an asset – Articulate 360 suite (esp. Rise, Review, Storyline)

Management Conductor Program:
