- Exceptional patient care capabilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage a practice
- Familiarity with online booking and electronic medical records (EMR) systems is advantageous
- Must hold a valid Optometrist license in Canada
- Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) degree from an accredited institution
- Completion of all assessments by the National Board of Examiners in Optometry
