Position Summary:

We are seeking a Sales Enablement Specialist to join our Enablement team. This strategic role is essential to empowering the sales and wider Revenue team with the knowledge and tools they need to achieve exceptional results. An ideal candidate will have previous experience in a quota-carrying role in a growth-oriented B2B SaaS environment and has pivoted into an Enablement track. This role collaborates closely with Sales Leadership, Customer Success, Product and Product Marketing, Revenue Operations and other teams to prioritize, develop and deliver highly engaging modules to Trulioo’s global sales organization. You will not only support our sales teams but will also drive the overall success of our initiatives by ensuring our content and training programs are both effective and aligned with our business goals.

This role will report to the VP, Customer Success. This is a full-time position in Vancouver.

What you’ll do:

  • Design, build, implement, and evaluate Sales Enablement programs that drive Product knowledge through close collaboration with other business units such as Product & Product Marketing
  • Own the Sales, Solutions Consulting and Customer Success onboarding program from start to finish, serving as the primary owner of new hire onboarding
  • Conduct regular assessments and certification programs to measure the sales team's knowledge and preparedness
  • Collaborate closely with Sales Leadership to identify and address gaps in the process, ensure appropriate resourcing, and measure the effectiveness of programs all with a goal of driving revenue with our largest customers
  • Build a strategy for how the business explains the use of tools and assets to the sales organization and liaises with tool owners to optimize use and to manage updates/development communications.

You have:

  • 3+ years experience in a quota-carrying role in a B2B SaaS environment
  • 3+ years experience in a Sales Enablement, Sales Training or equivalent Learning & Development role
  • Proven record of delivering successful enablement programs to global sales organizations
  • A natural curiosity about technology with the ability to quickly digest complex content and break it down into a simple learning experiences
  • Deep empathy for sales reps and critical-path processes with the ability to command a room of tenured staff
  • Excellent communication, writing, presentation, and training skills across in-person, virtual, and asynchronous mediums
  • A strong understanding of the sales process, specifically in prospecting, discovery, and demonstrating value

It’s a bonus if you have:

  • Instructional design experience in a private company with aggressive growth targets
  • Proficiency and experience working with classic sales tools such as Salesforce, Gong, Confluence/JIRA, Salesloft, Thinkific and other knowledge management platforms
  • Experience supporting customer-facing teams working with highly regulated customers: Financial Services, Payments, Banking, etc.

Please view the base salary range for this role below. The range listed is our expected compensation for the role. However, the pay offered may vary depending on a variety of factors including qualifications, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.

Annual Salary

$80,000—$100,000 CAD
