Are you an experienced Maintenance Worker V seeking a rewarding opportunity? Join our dedicated and supportive team at Nelson Health Centre in Nelson, B.C.
Your Role: Crafting Excellence in Trades!
As a Maintenance Worker V, you'll be handling trades duties approaching the journeyman level in areas such as electrical, plumbing, and painting, ensuring compliance with applicable codes and regulations. Supervise Maintenance Workers and designated staff while constructing walls, doors, floors, ceilings, and windows. Your skills will shine in framing, applying, and finishing materials like drywall, wood paneling, and floor coverings. Get creative by designing, constructing, and repairing furniture, cabinets, desks, tables, and shelves. Dive into plastering, painting, and decorating, contributing to both minor renovations and general maintenance.
This position works Tuesday to Sunday day shifts from 07:30 to 15:30.
