Position Summary

We are looking for a fulltime Team Leader at our Park Royal location. This role will be responsible for acting as an ambassador of the Nespresso brand while ensuring operational excellence as well as above and beyond customer experience.

A day in the life

  • Debriefing team on key objectives and deliverables;
  • Analyzing and coaching team on KPI reports;
  • Ensuring effective communication with team and store management;
  • Creating positive brand experience for all stakeholders;
  • Balancing time between administrative and customer service tasks.

What Will Make You Successful

  • Passionate about coffee and sustainability
  • 2-3 years’ experience in high-volume retail environment
  • Demonstrated excellence in understanding and driving KPIs
  • Effective time management and analytical skills
