As a Travel Advisor, you will be responsible for assisting CAA Members & customers to fulfill their travel dreams! Our Members and customers will look to you for your travel expertise, booking management, all while providing exceptional client service. If you have a passion for travel, excellent communication skills, ability to build and develop relationships coupled with strong attention to detail, this could be your calling!

Qualifications
  • Piror experience in the service and hospitality industry, preferably in hotels or a business in the tourism sector.
  • Communication is your thing; you are a keen listener and can deliver a message clearly and succinctly.
  • Experience in sales.
  • Experience with relationship development.
  • You embrace technology and are excited to learn new and travel specific programs.
  • You possess a basic knowledge of travel through personal experiences.
  • You would be willing to earn your CTC / CTM certification.
Responsibilities
  • Meet with Memeber & customers to discuss and understand best their travel aspirations.
    • Define your clients travel interests, preferences and budget constraints.
  • Build relationships with Members & customers.
  • Promote Travel on Social Media platforms.
    • Manage all aspects of travel bookings including: designing customized itineraries, ensuring timely follow-up and regular communication.
  • Advise clients of travel destination 'need to knows' and required entry requirement information and other pertinent details.
