What is a Window and Door Renovation Sales Professional?

As our Window and Door Renovation Sales Professional, you’ll be the face of Durabuilt for homeowners looking to enhance their living spaces. You’ll guide them through the process of selecting and installing our high-performance windows and doors, offering expert advice, tailored solutions, and seamless service from start to finish. Your role is to create opportunities, nurture relationships, and deliver outstanding results, following Durabuilt’s proven sales process to ensure consistent success.

The Position

In this role, you will drive new business opportunities and foster lasting connections with homeowners. From the initial consultation to the final installation, you’ll manage the entire sales cycle, delivering a personalized experience that exceeds customer expectations. This is more than just sales—it’s about creating value for customers and contributing to the growth of a company that values your ambition.

Core Responsibilities

  • Lead Management: Engage with company-generated leads and actively pursue new sales opportunities.
  • Consultations: Conduct in-home consultations to present our premium products, offer expert advice, and provide tailored solutions for each homeowner’s needs.
  • Sales Execution: Use your expertise to close deals, draft accurate quotes, and guide customers through every step of the process, following Durabuilt’s sales process to ensure success.
  • Customer Relationships: Build trust and rapport with clients, offering ongoing support throughout the entire installation process and beyond.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our sales, installation, and support teams to ensure flawless execution and follow-up on each project.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and innovations in windows and doors.

Who You Are

You’re a driven sales professional with a genuine passion for helping homeowners achieve their renovation goals. You thrive in a fast-paced, autonomous environment where you can manage your schedule and focus on delivering results. You excel at building relationships, overcoming objections, and closing deals.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in B2C sales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently while managing your schedule efficiently.
  • Comfortable using Salesforce (or other CRM systems) to manage leads and track sales progress.
  • Experience with windows and doors is a plus, but not required—training will be provided.

What We Offer

  • Competitive base salary of $50,000 plus commission, with potential earnings of $90,000-$150,000+ (no cap).
